Hello and Goodbye

Could somebody take me somewhere pleasant?

It's all I have ever asked of someone.

How is someone to be omnipresent?

They cry "all hail the one and only son."

Perhaps it's a figment of the eye's mind.

They all want to go somewhere so peaceful,

Oh please no, do not get my words all twined!

How could leaving ever be so graceful?

Have we forgotten the beauty of life?

Let us not forget what it means to breathe.

Maybe it's more 'bout the end of all strife;

Uniting with ones who didn't go beneath.

Oh here it comes, there's beauty in each breath;

I never wanted to say hi to death.
