Hiding

Location

I hate my life,

I wish I could die,

And go up to the cloudy sky.

To fly up high,

Into the sky,

Were I can be free,

Like a butterfly.

Up and up and up I go,

Higher than the mountain snow,

Higher than the puffy clouds,

Higher than those who are bound.

I fly to the space,

Where man cannot breathe,

And I would stay there,

Happily.

One day,

Someday,

I will get sad,

Sad enough to come back.

Back to the pain,

Back to the fighting,

Back to where everyone is hiding.

Hiding from love,

Hiding from hate,

Hiding from something,

That is truly great,

So, one day,

Someday,

I will go back there,

But today on my day,

I’ll stay up here.
