His Stars of Glory

When I'm hurting inside
Crying and begging for a miracle
I turn around and open my bible for comfort

I'm reminded how he turned my scars into stars of glory

I could've given up, ending it all, gone home to Glory?
But it was my faith that saved me,
Grandma's warm hugs, her voice of reason and the value of my memories

I'm reminded how he turned my scars into stars of glory

Losing a loved one so close and dear is more than I ever wanted to bare
I'm hurting, but Thank God I'm still here
