A thank you to our history teachers

Who help us learn to live

Who put up with crappy students

No effort these kids give.

History is a mystery

Unless you learn it well.

And that is for us to learn,

And for history teachers to tell.

And to my history teacher

I must say "Thank you."

For when I graduate high school,

It will be hard to say adieu

You have taught me so much

Though I dont listen to your lecture

The life lessons that you taught me

I hold in my heart forever.
