Homeless Veterans

No where to go,

No food to eat.

What happened to living?

Making a better life for myself?

This country that they've fought for,

Caused them so many problems.

The veterans,

Sitting out in the rain,

Begging for change.

Nobody pays attention to them.

You've got your life right ahead of you.

But they have nothing.

To the point that they are homeless.

Homeless veteran.

Where the hell is the help?

Do they not care that veterans are homeless?

Are they not the ones who saved this country?

Are they not the ones who put their lives on line for this country?

Is this country even worth fighting for?

Homelessness is lax not hope.
