How can this be happening?
Please tell me this is just a dream.
I have a mental illness you say?
Will it ever go away?
Probably not but we're not sure,
Someday maybe there will be a cure
But as it stands
It's out of our hands
Does God even care about me?
Not as far as I can see.
Why did He give me this life to lead?
I was all set up to succeed.
Now I feel I will never go far
Maybe I should wish upon a star
Someone please help me,
I'm so confused.by the thoughts in my head
I wish I could hide them all under the bed.
But that's not how life works, I know that for sure,
So I just have to hope they come up with a cure.
