Raised on a farm. 

Treated like an object. 

But becoming stronger than them.

Holding my head up high. 

Striving to do my best. 

Not letting anyone bring me down. 

Ignoring their actions. 

 

Picking up the broken pieces,

Of who I used to be. 

And moving on,

From my past that hurt me.
