I am the sea.

my mind is the sea,

so insignificant to the universe- yet so meaningful to me.

a sea with shallow waters like glass

where superficial thoughts lie in the masses.

do I look fat? what is he thinking during this make-out session?

my mind is the sea,

it falls around me and makes me whole.

a sea with waters so deep, there's no measurement to be compared.

with problems, pain and longing.

things I would rather not be shared,

rather to watch as they float to the very bottom like a sinking ship,

and observe as they weigh me down

as if they were holding me to the ground.

I am shallow and I am deep

I am the sea.
