I can see a Rainbow. Poem about colors by Purav

Wed, 03/27/2019 - 02:07 -- Purav

I can see the colours

Not only black and white

Not everything’s a blur

In fact, it's quite bright

The night's sky is out

And all I see is a twilight

Not a blackout

Twilight with a side of the moonlight

People think the night is scary

Full of ghosts and other scary things

As they creep down the night being all cheeky

and as people flee, as people were being chased down by Vikings

Although for me

Its nothing like that

Cause the wind howls at night

as I see my fear rising upon me

A figure on the wall, a shadow

frightening me

scaring me

daunting me

COS as the shadow grew larger

the figure stood out

and I closed my eyes, out of fear

although, out of despair,

I opened my eyes, and then BAM

it was just a cat
