I have found her

Fri, 05/20/2016 - 03:54 -- joe mn

Behind the lights, behind the smiles

Behind the cheers, behind the beers

Behind the loud,behind the laud

Behind it all, behind them all

I found her

I found her, clutched and stuffed

I found her, beaten and bruised

I found her, thwarted and battered

I found her

Face to the ground, she was blinded

Arms hung lose, she was exhausted

Feet wreaking stench, she was hopeless

Faith running low, she was losted

But I found her

For it was she that made them smile

And it was she that had to frown

For it was she that made them feed

And it was she that had to starve

For it was she that gave them rest

And it was she that had to break her back

I found her

Now I know her, for I have found her

Now I see her in the dark, for I have found her

Now I know that the brightest stars shine in the darkest nights

For I have found her.

someone else is always working behind the lights. I think it is time we found them before they die out.

Remember we dont have many of those.
