I Just Might Die

I would die

If you got inside

I would short circuit

If you loved me

I would shut down

If you needed me more

More then before

If you

Always you

Somehow

In someway

I wanted you to say

Everything I was afraid to say

So if you had the nerve

If you knew

How to get to me

Get through

Would you

Taking what you want

Sucking me dry

I've learned to hold back

But I die

Every time

You don't come inside

I die

Every single time

You hold back

Just a little bit more

I would never ask

If I didn't need it

And I would never expect

Anything good to come

From a love

That is this sweet

Like honey

It came out wrong

What I said

I'm stuck up

In my head

You come around

And you make me float

Feather light

I've never felt like this

So good

I catch my breath

Because I'm always

Looking for you

Always

So now

I'm dying inside

Because I want you inside

And if you do get under the skin

If you do get in

I just might die
