I keep a smile on my face

I keep a smile on my face to not let my true colors be shown
Keep the fact I'm dying a secret
My heart is breaking as we speak
But my mouth is shut I wont say a peep
I'm dying a slow miserable death
Giving the people an illusion that I'm living the dream
But depression has taken over me
It kills me to be alive
Just waiting for the day I can rest in peace
