I Know Her

I know this girl
Who smiles everyday
She plasters that smile and laughs
She doesn't know that it's making her pay

I know this girl
Who smiles now and then
She speaks only when told
All her feelings written down in pen

I know this girl
Who hasn't smiled in weeks
She stays away from her friends
And tears roll down her cheeks

I knew this girl

She took her life, her life too mellow
She never told anyone about it
But all she needed was a hello

But instead, she got a goodbye...
