I love you, please love yourself

Location

Each and everyday

The faces look the same

Even when my feelings stray

Maybe I’m the one to blame.

If only you were who I look for

I know you all better than you’ll speak

And life becomes a bore

Really quite bleak.

Tell me something I don’t know

What I can’t see in you

The things you won’t show

With everything you’ve been through

There’s absolutely nothing to harm

You’ve got a strong hold

And you’ve got a lot of charm

Someone who’s always been bold

The world couldn’t hold you back

Yet you hold yourself under

It’s time to seal the crack(s)

Fill the world with thunder

Hold tight to those who care

And onto your last bits of life

Cause girls like you are rare

Even when it’s strife

It’s never worth your knife.
