I want to be your pride

The moment when the tears down your face want to roll But you don’t want to give a show It’s more anger than sorrow Heart is going at full speed Speak your mind is what you truly need The pain you’ll cause is what stops you And you know you can only be freed by what’s true What do you now? Walk away Or talk a words array As usual I take the path that takes me far I just hope that one day you can see me shine bright like a star I do it for you every day I know you want me to but I just can’t stay When I come back I promise you’ll be proud You will see me stand out from the crowd We’ve loved each other from the day I opened my eyes That’s why I only want to be your pride If I don’t make it mom I can at least say that I tried
