If you remember me

Scared and afraid.

Will he see me, or will he have recognized me?

Seeing the man who took the pride from me

Will he kill me or do the same thing again?

I can’t sleep or eat

Because of what you took from me

Can’t tell family or friends

Because they won’t believe me

When I saw you, my skin jumped

From a terrible freight and

thought I could forget about that night

But I can’t even stand that sight

Of you.

I’m not going to let you ruin my life

I fear that I will run into you again

And you will remember me.

I hope one day you will see

What you did to me.
