I'm Freed

The rain falls softly... Splish, splash. Pitter, patter. Running around, arms outstretched towards the sky. Twirling in circles, Like a child, I'm carefree. Clear of troubles, worries, fears. I'm like a bird, soaring high above the world. Laughing aloud, not caring if anybody hears. I'm like a queen of my kingdom. Nobody can stop me now. I'll never stop running, I'll never slow down. I've finally tasted freedom. I've finally been freed.
