The Image is Me

Location

Who am I really?

I’d say I’ve (queerly)

Several contradictions in me.

Now, how can this be?

I’ll tell you clearly;

Without a filter, nothing is removed.

Sarcastic, witty,

And, at times, goofy;

Serious, stressed out, lonely and carefree,

Cold, warm, and chilly.

Convictions carry;

Without a filter, all things are let through.

Talented, truly,

Scared admittedly,

Some say brilliant academically.

Christian and homely,

And always hungry,

Without a filter, our minds don’t “make sense”.

My name with an “e”,

Tall, a bit classy,

Gluten intolerance is not easy.

Think visually,

Loquacious, maybe?

Without a filter the image is clean.

Without a filter, I’m me.
