Impromptu Cosmos

I am water.

I am fire.

I am earth.

I am air.

I am what the world around me bears

Two Hydrogen, One Oxygen

Simplicity, with variety

Lightning, blue flames, orange tint

Reverberating the anger held inside

While covered with the planets, insects, and grass

Cracks in the system

Of the earth we are dropped in

it has no plan, I have no plan

No monotony

Let me listen

To the carbon. Swift through the oxygen

Let me breathe once more

Feel life again

I am water.

I am fire.

I am earth.

I am air.

I’d like to say that I am what the world around me bears.
