Inside Out

A little girl is all they see

They can’t tell if she’s bland or chic

Too fleek, a new day, a new dawn, a new sunrise

They don’t realize little girl’s eye’s on the prize

Fun-sized, yet still too big for fame

To know her story is to know she’s a flame

All-consuming passion ignites her drive

At times even she wonders how she is still alive

She thrives off of her uniqueness, her beauty from within

Emitting light so bright it should be a sin

Chaotic genius like spit-fire lyrics her life itself is a rhapsody

An unfinished masterpiece beyond compare and brimming with complexity

I smile with a quiet confidence knowing that little girl is me

High off life I improvise, and am thriving flawlessly
