We are in times of darkness
People today are getting more and more heartless
Turn on the T.V. instead of better , it's worst
It's plain to see , because of ignorance this generation is living under a curse
But your word LORD is a lamp unto my feet ,and a light unto my path
As long as you're in me LORD , I shall not feel your wrath
For your precepts I keep , I have been awaken. , no longer do I sleep
My eyes are on you and your ways
Direct my steps and hear my praise
It's you LORD , I have much respect
When my enemies rise up against me , you put them in check
This world is full of malice
Folks walking around blind , off balance
They ain't trying hear nothing from you
They say they to busy and have a lot to do
But dont they know they couldn't do what they do if it wasn't for you ?
They living a lie orchestrated by the head fool
Make thy face to shine upon thy servant: and teach me thy statues
I open my mouth and give up to you daily slautes
For thy word is pure , in that I'm sure
I want what you have for me , whatever you want to give
The righteousness of thy testimonies is everlasting; give me understanding , and I shall live.
