Intermediate State

Thoughts spawn without direction,

Fleeting yet lasting, ever-impactful.

Feelings observe without connection,

Patient yet hurried, clever and tactful.

Ordering and organzing, making sense of the maelstrom.

Reassurance battles Self-doubt, Comfort parries Worry.

Mind matter travels from the head to the brainstem,

Aimlessly wandering, an insufficient flurry.

A visitor approaches through the side exit.

Chaos void and null, She flaunts her harmonies and melodies.

Power and beauty, impossible to suppress it.

Music fills the skull, inumerable possibilities.

Flipping a hidden switch, turning off the mind.

Floating downstream, Ego no longer intertwined.
