Iron Steel

Forgotten,

That I too am a human being.

One day they will see what I am made of.

Nevertheless,

Ignored,

Wronged by many.

One day they will see what I am made of.

Looking from the outside in,

Withdrawn and isolated,

Adapted to the silence.

One day they will see what I am made of.

Afraid to be left alone,

With my feelings,

Doubts,

And fears.

One day they will see what I am made of.

The bitterness of my thoughts,

Haunt me.

One day they will see what I am made of.

I am unheard,

Unseen,

Stuck in the background.

One day this will all end,

One day I shall rise above them all.

One day they will see what I am made of,

Iron steel.
