It's my turn

Innocent brown eyes

roam  around in her wonderland

reaches for the light that slowly fades

fades way along with her innocence.

Tick, Tock, Tick Tock

time is running

her childhood is coming to end

but how?

if it only began.

Screaming and yelling

One would find cover

She found strength

She became their cover

She became their light.

Punches after punches

doses after doses

cries after desperate cries

when will it end?

She blooms

She grows

She transitions

Shes different

Shes selfish.

She turns to her past

she takes a deep breath

it's my turn.
