It's Time for Change.

It’s time for change.

In America,

Women getting told

They shouldn’t have worn that.

In America,

Men getting told

They shouldn’t have felt that.

In America,

Kids getting told

They can’t grow up and do that.

In America,

Homeless getting told

They’re on their own for that.

In America,

Victims getting told

They are responsible for that.

In America,

Veterans getting told

They shouldn’t be affected by that.

In America,

When are we going to be told

That nothing justifies that?

It’s time for change.

In America,

Racism is defended

In America,

Everyone is offended

In America,

Rape is accepted

In America,

People are becoming segregated

In America,

Hate and Violence is extensive

In America,

Groups of people are misrepresented

In America,

When is this going to be resented?

When will America

Become home again?
