Just Breathe

Just breathe.

Though your world may seem like its crashing around you,

Just breathe.

Thats what the nurse says as she checks your vitals.

Just breathe

Is what your parents say oblivious to the fact that if you had it your way, you would be dead.

Just breathe

You tell yourself holding back tears as your released.

Just breathe

You remind yourself day after day, praying for it to all stop.

Just breathe

You say as you try to explian whats going on but noone seems to understand.

Just breathe

Is what you think as you walk through the halls hearing the name calling...again.

Just breathe

You tell yourself but you cant breathe!

Just breathe

You say as you turn the key into ignition...Just breathe.

Just breathe

Is what they tell your parents as they stand in front of your grave asking "how they could not know?"

Just breathe.
