"Justice Despite It All" By: Magdiel Job A. Corpuz

Mon, 08/20/2018 - 08:49 -- MCorpuz

The men and women of our proud American forcesStand guarded, trained, and famed Bearing sacrifice in all of life's courses While witnessing the death of comrades, who are forever named  Days, months, or years of separation From cherished families and friends In rain or shine, they show dedicationSearching for the enemy, in all the ends Many homes are thousands of miles away Photographs and letters bring new meaning An honor that is not a shade or color of gray Awards, medals, and salutes keep beaming  Flowers, candles, and prayers given From memorials, cemeteries, and every wallJustice despite it all
