Lamp Light Love

There in the light of the moon and the lamp is where you shall stay in my heart forever. With the shadows falling across your perfect face, it's and image I etch in my mind so I can remember this sight forever. Those eyes. The sparkle of laughter. The rippling tingle that I still feel icing my spine serves as a reminder of a final embrace. And if i should lose my mind and heart tomorrow to the demon unknown I shall take this memory and hold it. For it is beautiful and all that I desire is in it's frame. As I lay my mind to sleep my heart will dance to the tune yours secretly sang. Hold me with brown eyes and let me be yours, yours in dreams and forever all in the light of the lamp and the moon.

I sit and write poetry during Spanish class. It's kinda evolved into a way of life. Long live the poets of this generation.
