Land of Equality

America the great land of the free

Land of acceptance and diversity

America, land made for you and me

Yes, land of the free… until recently

See, although I have the same rights as you

And we have not a superior race

Some have forgotten, they have not a clue

That there's no best race, not even a trace

Recently, the land of equality

Land of diversity and acceptance

Fails to acknowledge rights for those like me

So as to not tolerate our presence

So this land of rights and equality

Was it still made for both you and me?

My country
