The Last Six

Fri, 02/02/2018 - 11:14 -- maggs

Is it true?

has it really been six months

without you

Everyday

theres something new

I can't wait

to share with you

From time to time

I forget

your not here

and shed a tear

All the laughs

the root beer floats

the late nights

all the jokes

All the time spent with you

the strength I've gained

the weight too

you helped me grow

The person I am, owed to you

the lover

the hugger

the wise ass too

You fed me good

you taught me right

you left me with only

hope and might

I was there til the end

you since the beginning

side by side

always winning

I miss you more

everyday

Its really been six months

without you
