A Letter From The Forgotten Ones

Sun, 02/11/2018 - 22:33 -- Afnanka

Dear Nations,

We sincerely thank you for corrupting our world.

For deeming race a crime and accusing those who are a shade darker than white of atorcity.

We thank you for creating rights and hope that you later stole from us.

Thank you for creating imaginary borders and separating us.

Thank you for rejecting to help the poor but not blinking twice to help the rich.

Thank you for forgetting about us.

We are the forgotten ones.

The ones who are still being sold as slaves up in Libya.

The ones who are going through famine, war, and colonization down Yemen.

The ones who are struggling through the rules of dictator in North Korea.

The ones who are afraid of walking down the street because god forbid they are shot for being the same race of a suspect.

The ones who are terrorized for their beliefs and identities.

We the forgotten ones thank you for hiding our stories and naming us the enemy.

Sincerely,

The Forgotten of The Nations.
