Oh senses
For sensation brings desensitization
And one man's trash, today, is the same man's treasure of yesterday.
Unless, one learns moderation
Learns to say "this is enough for now."

You know, said weight lightens, by cheerfully doing so.
Cheer, not for sake of appearance, but for sheer want.

Don't get me wrong, some abuse it. But,
Somehow agency, lightens loads,
Makes roses seem more red,
Violets more blue,
Happiness happier.

Poignant in The Declaration,
Perhaps they knew what they were talking about.
