Loneliness (written in 2005)

Loneliness is like a boat
In the middle of a deep river
Just the look if it
Makes the soul shiver

No one to talk to
Nothing is heard
The only things present
Are the river and you

You ask the questions,
Am I alone?
Is anybody out there?
Can anyone hear me?

You look around
In search of land
But you find nothing
Not even sand

This poem is about:

Need to talk?
