Lost Soul

Location

Darkness,

Silence,

All around.

Lights go off,

All over town.

Hear the children,

Watch them weep.

Feel the silence,

As it creeps.

See the darkness,

Take her soul.

See her tears,

As they flow.

He tried to catch her,

Couldn’t let her go.

She was everything he loved,

Know shes a lost soul.

She used to smile,

Day and night.

Now her soul,

Is just full of fright.

She walks her path,

All alone.

While everyone else,

Sit high on thrones.
