Me

White lips, pale face

Wants to be erased

Lights gone, days end

Tries to just pretend

Tried to swim and stay alfoat

But she drowned in her own moat

Well now I have learned to build a boat

And away from your poisoned words I'll float

At the end of the day I can breathe

Because I know that now I'm free

No longer will your words cause wounds

Since I have learned to be strong,

My pride has bloomed

And I do not need my heavy shields

Because your words weren't that powerful

All along.
