Who else can I be besides me ? 

As I walk upon thee,

Why so shy they ask me ?

But I smile moving along so they remember me ,

Calm and collective as I always say , 

So people look at you in a different way, 

 

As you come before I skim your personality, 

Some of us, are confused of what's reality ,

From my origin I look up at moon, 

I know I'll be heading to college soon, 

Visions in my head as they start to make a tune ,

 

Family is a must to love , 

I keep going and trust the one above , 

People know me as a person they can trust, 

I tell no secrets and throw no dust, 

Who else can I be besides me ? 

 

Dealing with daily tackles I pray , 

I am with the people making it day by day, 

Sweet because I like to do good,

Helping because I like the change , 

Why may others find this strange ? 

 

Aaliyah is me and yes I am here , 

To help when I can and take out the fear , 

To figure out you and your personality,

To so sorrow your tears when you have catastrophe ,

But who can I be besides me ?
