A Mind I Can't See

Nature nature where are thee

When I look I cannot see

I sense your wind flow through the trees

But my sight has fled away from me

How cruel how cruel to take from me

the light which travels to make me see

I hear the bird in the tree

despite the faithfulness of my mind to see

In and out around and about chirping and lurking

the animals of the forest love to taunt me

and haunt me with their words

Greetings, teubanks12. I really enjoyed A Mind I Can't See. It flows very well from one line to the next. You may consider using more imagery, as I'd like to see more elaboration on how the animals of the forest mock. Keep up the good work!
