Missing

Everyday I see your face
Pop up in my head,
And my heart is ripped to pieces,
Shredded and lifeless.
Sometimes part of that
Broken,
Torn up,
Thing,
Lights up and breathes again.
Dancing and laughing,
Yet not alive.
Gone,
Beyond repair,
Will I ever feel it beat again?
