Misunderstood

White boy

Prowls the halls as though they pertained to him,

assuming the worst and expecting the least,

his mold deceives

Everyone.

Unknowing that his interior has deteriorated by

people's cruel words and idiocracy,

they don't know him,

No one.

Hispanic boy

Misguided by false hopes

Brought him uncertainty of whether it was worth it,

Whether he was worth

Something.

Unaware of how conscientious he is of others,

he came across a moment

that would forever shift the life of

Someone.

He messages him as though the universe flung its

watchfulness to show that he cared.

And when the white boy received his message,

the anxious pain ceased and there occurred an everlasting

Pause.
