Of all the gifts that this world has to offer

A loving Mother is the greatest of them all.

You are always there to catch me when I am about to fall

and always pick up on the very first ring whenever  I call.

 

You are patient and forgiving when all others are forsaking,

your love never fails nor falters even when my heart is breaking.

 

Your constant good example 

Always taught me right from wrong-

Your markers for my pathway will last a lifetime long.

 

You gave me a home

and a safe place to study

and even when I did wrong you still showed me that you loved me.

 

Of all the gifts that this world has to offer

A loving Mother is the greatest of them all.

I am so thankful to be able to call you mine

You gave enough love to last to the end of time.
