Moving so fast

Imagine blazing through life

Never looking around

Only moving forward

Never hearing a sound

I have this one teacher

Who always goes to fast

Never making sure

If anyone is behind

Sometimes, I think the teacher is blind

Always going through work sheets so fast

Trying to cram as much as they can

Into our heads with no reinforcement

Maybe what they're teaching is a good life lesson

But with no gate to hold it in

It just comes back, pouring out

So I say this to all students

Who go to class everyday

Never learning much

Or having much to say

It's ok to be slow

Just let the teacher know

Hopefully they will slow down

And allow the students to catch up

Afterall, we are the future

If we know nothing, we're pretty much screwed

So Teachers, listen up

Listen to what I'm telling you.
