My Banner that Wavers

You, who is my eternal knight,

I commend you on your struggles and strife,

For not even when blackened skies befell you, my champion,

Did you think to turn back on your resolution, but

Now I see you standing tall, not remembering the cost at which you won,

Or what it is you stood for on those dark nights

Why have you stopped in your quest for fair justice?

I watch your banner as it waves in the sky,

Signifying, your freedom,

Rejoicing in the battles you have won,

But not remembering your battles for the future,

I implore you to turn back your memories always to what we once were.

So that when blackened skies come once again,

We can take up once again our iron sword to defend our home.
