My Darling Star

Location

The stars brighten the dark that consumes all the depths of night just as you lit up my deep black soul.

But I hear stars can die long before you ever see it, but then, out of no where and without warning, they're gone.

I hoped you'd never leave me, my darling star. For you would guide me in the darkness of this life.

Each night I looked up at you star, until one day I noticed that you were gone;

      and my darling star, and I still was just as strong.

I guess that means that I'm a star, and I guide myself through the darkness.
