To My Ex

When we crossed paths,
There was already a connection
You caress me with your voice and penetrated me with your words
You aroused me with your knowledge and made me throbbed with your touch
You kissed me till I couldn't breathe and allow me to be naked with my soul
That feeling of completion was among us
But once that connection once gone
We crossed into different paths,
I started to feel incomplete
Those words that once penetrated me, violated me
Your touch that once made me throbbed, disgusted me
The way you kissed me before now suffocated me
And the way my soul was once naked, was now clothed
The man I once adored became my enemy
