Everyone has different masks
for whoever they're around
Some try to be the prep
or the rediculed class clown

But for me I try to just blend in
with the surrondings at school
Cause who would talk to a know-it-all
who lives a breathes knowledge
a nerd who enjoys derivatives and Euler's method
but can't keep up
in the alternate universe of fashion and style

If I let others know
about my mental super powers
they would only flock to me
over giving them the correct answers
I would always be picked in projects
just to be forced to work alone

For now I'll keep my strength hidden
until someday
I can hopefully find others like me
some accepting brainiacs
who will take off their masks too
