They are small acts

that fill my heart

and expell the darkness that surrounds it

They are the tale of my life

I have shed more tears 

then I can count

But I have also

Laughed with friends

Kissed him

Had those late night phone calls that

we wished could last forever

Seen thier joy

Ate dinner around the table

to comfort a friend

My life is full of sadness
