~My Own Mind

Sun, 07/05/2015 - 09:42 -- illona

My thoughts are not limited to my own mind.

They are exponential

exceeding the parameters of a tangent.

But I want them to be organised

which is why I focus on brain management.

My own mind wants to unwind

But it can't.

It's electric

jumping from one idea to another

when it's mother is eclectic.

Deriving ideas, style, or taste from a broad and diverse range of sources

'Cause that's who I am.

I am not afraid and cautious.

I am intruiged by mystery

of the world's inconsistencies.

Looking for strength in the oppressed

But oppression gives us the impression that

They are weak.

Too afraid to speak.

But they are strong.

Because they are women

Who Belong.
