• Within the first five years have the Business plan and ideas in place and take the plunge and try to break out on your own.

• Always consider partnering not just to hedge your bets but also to succeed in this cut throat competitive marketplace.

• If the first five years does not shape up along Entrepreneurship lines consider staying at your job or in your industry for the the next five years or so for a total of about ten years. Gives you a leg up in your industry as well as networking required to take you to the next step not to mention further seasoning of you as to what to expect in any Business environment.

• The next plan of action should be as such:

1. Either within your own industry see if you can branch out in that industry itself as a new entrant in that industry probably in a niche market and very aggressive shark instincts will be required here.

2. Or in the same industry you can branch out in a new technology that is going to impact the industry in the next 10 - 20 years as dictated by the technology roadmaps or technology requirements as foreseen in the next few years and again be very very aggressive

3. As earlier mentioned a new idea or a concept which has come to maturity now a few years later.

4. A global need for a product which is of great demand in your country but may be an ignored market around the world. In this case a very strong emphasis on quality so that you can make a breakthrough where competitors previous or otherwise could not.

5. Reverse Engineering on traditional popular product to any other form of a product being sold in the global arena may be a huge market opportunity. Careful market research may lead to huge and serious market opportunities after all plenty do say that that’s how Japanese got ahead of the game right here in America and that too in technology.
