They seemed happy together for many years,

Then there was a wall in the road and they were done.

My life felt like an earthquake had hit,

There was nothing I could do.

The bickering between them,

The bickering she and I had,

It never ended in a compromise.

She made me want to hurt myself.

All of the sudden my life took a turn,

A new person was in my life that loved him.

They are soul mates for each other,

And they show their love for my family during every moment.

God listened to my prayers and sorrow,

That was not the life he had planned for me.

I am now a bird happily finding my way to a new success everyday,

And I have affectionate support at every stop on the way.
