No Place Called Home

so much hurt so much pain

so many tears fall down her face like rain

she tries to hide the sorrow.

she feels  like theres no tomorrow

every breath she makes with  a sigh

she feels as if she’s going to die

everything is trapped inside and it's eating her alive

she has nowhere else to hide she can no longer thrive

she tries to fake a smile but she can’t fake nor pretend

she’s gotten to the point where she’s ready to walk right to the end

yet she just lays on the floor she takes a deep breath

she closes her eyes and she can see herself standing face to face with the bitter end

standing alone in a dark room full of silence

it's so quiet  she can hear her own thoughts with resilience

the silence speaks soft echoes of emptiness, pain and woe

she looks left and right finding nothing in her sight

she feels so alone she feels trapped in the dark with nowhere to go

trapped in a room full of remorse

nothing’s there nothing but four white walls surrounding her

she sits and  whimpers

she has nowhere to go no place called home she feels cold

and forgotten she’s left all alone she has no place called home.
